Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using AISwarmQA, you agree to these terms. If you use AISwarmQA on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and it.

Who operates the service

AISwarmQA is currently operated by an individual, not (yet) a registered company. Full legal identity, registered address, and governing jurisdiction are being finalized and will appear on the Imprint page once confirmed. Until then, use the contact details below for any question about these terms.

The service

AISwarmQA runs automated and AI-assisted browser missions against a URL you provide, and reports the issues it finds as structured findings with evidence, optionally exportable to GitHub Issues. Some findings are independently re-verified by a second, isolated run before being marked verified — see how in our Security overview.

Authorized testing only

You may only submit URLs you own or are otherwise authorized to test. AISwarmQA launches a real browser and interacts with the target the way a user would. Submitting a target you do not have authorization to test — including a third party’s production site without their consent — is a violation of these terms, and you are solely responsible for that use. AISwarmQA enforces technical safeguards described in our Security overview(same-origin enforcement, private-network blocking, destructive-action blocking) but those safeguards limit blast radius — they do not grant you authorization you do not otherwise have.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that happens under your account and workspace. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; keep your credentials and any connected Google account secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AISwarmQA to:

• Test a target you are not authorized to test (see above).
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or probe the safety controls described in our Security overview.
• Use the service to perform a denial-of-service attack, credential-stuffing, or any attack unrelated to legitimate QA testing of an authorized target.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
• Upload, request storage of, or attempt to extract another user’s data.

Plans & billing

AISwarmQA offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Business plans described on our Pricingpage. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refund handling for paid plans is not yet formalized — contact us and we will handle requests case by case until a formal refund policy is published here.

Findings are not a guarantee

AISwarmQA is a QA aid, not a certification. Findings — including those marked “verified” through independent reproduction — reflect automated observations at the time of the audit and may include false positives or miss issues entirely. AISwarmQA does not replace human QA, security review, or accessibility audits by a qualified professional, and we make no warranty that using the service will find all defects in, or otherwise certify the quality or security of, your target site.

Content & intellectual property

You retain all rights to your target site and its content. You own the findings, evidence, and reports generated from your own audits. We retain rights to the AISwarmQA product itself — its software, design, and underlying methodology (including the independent-reproduction verification mechanism described in our Security overview).

Availability

We aim to keep AISwarmQA available and responsive, but we do not currently offer a formal uptime service-level agreement. Business-plan customers needing a formal SLA should contact us to discuss terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AISwarmQA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from findings that were inaccurate, missed, or from your submission of a target you were not authorized to test. This section will be reviewed and finalized by counsel alongside the governing-law section below.

Termination

You may stop using AISwarmQA and request deletion of your workspace at any time (see our Privacy Policy § Your rights). We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of the acceptable-use section above, including unauthorized testing of a target.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are being finalized alongside the operator’s legal identity (see Imprint) and will be published here once confirmed.

Changes to these terms

As this is a draft ahead of full legal review, expect this page to change. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
